We aim to prepare and deliver every Solivona order carefully and efficiently.

Order processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, where available.

Delivery times

Delivery times vary depending on the product, destination and selected delivery service. Some orders may arrive within 2 business days, while others may take longer.

The estimated delivery time applicable to your order will be displayed on the product page or during checkout.

Shipping destinations and costs

We deliver to the United Kingdom and selected international destinations available during checkout.

Shipping fees, where applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. We currently offer free shipping on UK orders over £70, European orders over £100 and worldwide orders over £250.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other local charges. Where these charges are not collected during checkout, they are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs processing may occasionally cause delivery delays outside our control.

Tracking your order

Where tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number by email after dispatch. Please allow a short period for the carrier’s tracking information to update.

Incorrect delivery details

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us immediately at info@solivona.com if you notice an error.

We will try to update the address before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.

Delays and missing orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us at info@solivona.com with your order number. We will investigate the shipment with the carrier.
