Refund Policy
We offer a full refund+discount code, on products in the following cases:
-The product arrives damaged or broken.
Customers have to display photos or videos of the damaged item to prove damage. If the photo cannot prove the products are damaged, video needs to be uploaded.
-You receive the wrong item.
-The product is delivered in the wrong size or color compared to what you ordered.
-Order has not been delivered
(If clients did not receive the package, a non-delivery certification issued by the local post office with an official seal is necessary)
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds if:
-The customer changes their mind after purchase.
-The customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
-The issue is due to delays caused by customs, natural disasters, or factors outside our control.
